Once we have completed the initial consultation call and both deem we are a great fit, we would happily arrange to meet in person at the location of the potential project.
Visiting the property would increase Sync Properties understanding and clarity of what changes the client would like to make.
This is where we start to price up works involved. Once drawings are produced and a specification for the project has been formed, our team will start to prepare an accurate quotation. It's our job to take into account the various aspects of the project; site restrictions, highly skilled works, difficulty of works, delivery access and programme.
Our promise is to provide a honest and transparent quote which will give you a great understanding as to where your money is spent on the project.
Once you have received the quote, this is another chance to sit down face to face. As expected you will have queries regarding the quote. We will clarify and answer any questions to help you in your decision making.
Once you are content with the quote, the next stage is signing the contract & paying the deposit. When these two are completed, the project is scheduled in for the start date.
This is where the magic happens. The construction process has begun and takes you right through to completion. You will be able to see the project live as it undertakes a massive transformation.
Once snagging and the final checks have been finished, they keys will be handed back to yourself to entre into your dream home.
